Constellation is looking for an organized and proactive Associate Systems Administrator to provide first-line support to various teams. You would be responsible for providing IT support and assistance to all members of the company, ranging from troubleshooting/resolving user issues to upgrading machine hardware/software. A successful candidate should not only be a quick learner but also show the ability to work as part of a team and feel equally confident in an unsupervised environment
Essential Functions:

• Provide the highest level of service to ensure minimal downtime for every user on the team.
• Emphasize putting together processes, structures, and support systems to allow the company to get ahead of issues and to scale quickly.
• Security-oriented with a drive to protecting our users, the company, and all sensitive data.
• Provide first-line technical support to employees across the organization.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both remotely and in-person.
• Setup, deploy, configure and help maintain Macs and PCs for new/existing employees.
• Maintain a directory of users and their provisioned hardware/software.
• Upgrade hardware and peripherals as required by the various teams.
• Maintain asset inventory, including regular physical stock checks, and help with purchasing requests.
• Document and maintain accurate installation, upgrade, and workflow guides.
  Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of professional IT or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity and comfort working with macOS.
  • Knowledge of setting up networking equipment, preferred.
  • Familiarity and comfort working with Windows, preferred.
