Key OpportunitiesYou will:develop senior relationships to gain a
deep understanding of the innovative business and design
experiences and map to technology processes and
systems/servicesfacilitate workshops for alignment, ideation and
iteration, for small and large groupsembed a Human Centred Design
approach in the team's ways of workingproduce customer journey
maps, flowcharts, process maps, wireframes and prototypes for
testing and validationdevelop user stories within the defined
documentation frameworktake ownership by starting from ground zero
to own, define and support our solutionscollaborate with colleagues
across the globe and deliver solutions to support our global
businesswork with the scrum team and business users to ensure
solution qualityQualifications, Experience and MindsetFor this role
you will ideally have:5+ years' experience in analysis of scalable,
enterprise applicationsa collaborative attitude, bringing excellent
communication and interpersonal skillsadept at engaging,
collaborating and influencing people at all levels and
areasentrepreneurial, highly motivated and self-directed with a
strong delivery mindsetexperience working in an agile team using
story mapping, task flows, needs analysis and prioritisationa
flexible, commercial, and practical approach to design, while
remaining the advocate for the end userstrong analytical, problem
solving and critical thinking abilities with well-structured
written and verbal communicationsdeliver complex projects working
across multiple streams, multiple regions, with multiple
