IT Systems Administrator III-SSVS - Clock Administrator - Req # 2819726 We are seeking a talentedKronos Clock Administratorwith a minimum of 3 years of experience with Kronos and exceptionalcustomer service skills to join our fast-paced, service-minded ITprofessionals. MAINRESPONSIBILITIES: -Responsible for Kronos Clock administration -Provide technical expertise regarding Kronos clock functionality -Implement and replace clocks -Serve as a central point of contact for troubleshooting and tracking Kronos clock issues -Responsible for client support of Kronos time clocks and middleware -Ensure ongoing maintenance of the knowledge base and training resources. Provide user training and communication of any updates to new and existing users. ADDITIONALRESPONSIBILITIES: -Responsible for the implementation of Kronos time & labor management for MSHS -Partner with health employees, HR, and payroll functions for clocking, time & attendance requirements and implementation needs -Must analyze, troubleshoot, and track user-reported issues -Maintain setups and system configuration -Responsible for payroll rules definition and implementation -Configuration of Pay Policies, Accrual Policies -Maintain security-related configuration (functional access) -Define and maintain system interfaces -Develop and maintain critical business reports -Other related IT projects REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, HR, or related field -Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting Kronos time clocks and middleware -Strong troubleshooting skills -Ability to work independently as required -Ability to design, implement, and refine complex processes and to optimize performance -Ability to gather and understand client time & labor policies and needs and implement solutions -Experience documenting business requirements, business rule definition, and process mapping -Ability to communicate effectively -Proficient in office productivity software, Word, Excel, PPT, Project, Visio, etc. Strength Through Diversity The Mount Sinai Health System believes that diversity, equity, and inclusion are key drivers for excellence.     The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements.
    The salary range for the role is $90,000.00 - $135,285.00 Annually.
    Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need.
    The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
