We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior AEM Developer to work on the design and implementation of our Adobe Experience Manager platform and to oversee the project scope aligned with Adobe professional services, as required, and an outsourced implementation partner to augment our internal development team. This role will also work closely with business owners (Global Marketing Management Team), product management and development teams.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $70 - $75 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Adobe Experience Manager in the rebuild of the website
• Lead the development team in delivering high-quality features in AEM
• Mentor, train, and guide team members through various knowledge transfer sessions
• Identify, capture, and distribute knowledge through standard methodologies with stakeholders, partners with adobe, and colleagues.
• Be part of an empowered team following agile methodologies. Requirements:
  
  • 7+ years hands-on experience in full cycle AEM implementations including Analytics and Target
  • Extensive experience with AEM development, and deployment as well as core AEM features -sites, assets, workflows, tagging, User control etc
  • 4+ years' experience managing implementation teams
  • 4+ years building sites, templates, components, or integrations with Adobe Experience Manager
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using Adobe Digital Asset Manager (DAM) integration with Adobe Sites, Adobe Creative Cloud, and enterprise asset management solutions
  • Experience with Java development to include knowledge of JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, REST, JavaScript, Angular, JSON, HTML and CSS
  • Provide technology solutions and translate marketing and website needs into AEM recommendations and solutions to meet project goals
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and build solid relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple geographies and business functions
  • AEM developer / Architect Certified
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
  • Understanding or experience in using productized APIS, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management Systems
  • Experience with Agile Scrum process along with Backlog Management and Wiki systems such asJira and Confluence
  • Experience with developing requirements for interfaces, integrations, and production data migrations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
