Job Description:

--- 10 plus strong Sharepoint/Powerapps design and development in large scale enterprise
--- Demonstrated migrating multiple large-scale enterprise Sharepoint on-premise to Sharepoint online (3 plus years)
--- Demonstrated 3 plus years strong hands e modern SharePoint (SPFx) custom code development experience
--- Experience designing and implementing targeted PowerApps, visual web parts.
--- Experience designing and implementing Power Automate. Experience converting SharePoint Designer 2013 Workflows to Power Automate Flows preferred
--- Ability to learn and master new technologies with technical and math aptitude
--- Five or more years of consulting experience to Federal or quasi-government experience preferred
--- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to persuade, negotiate, resolve conflicts, and communicate pros, cons, and alternatives
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for presentations and training materials
--- Ability to anticipate needs at a high level to organize and plan accordingly
--- Excellent attitude and motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
--- Demonstrated experience with the SDLC and Agile framework
--- Understand the Full Spectrum of Office 365, including all of its complexities and components, as well as how to make them work best together
--- Quick in learning and adapting to new projects with minimal supervision
--- Ability to manage multiple effort in agile environment projects
--- Design site Taxonomy, Hierarchy, Site Architecture and architecture for any new custom development for onsite team to follow in implementing SharePoint Online.
--- Develop proofs of concept, prototypes, wireframes, and other materials to implement functionality from request to implementation to support
--- Participate in assessing and evaluating existing SharePoint/Powerapps solutions, technical architecture, and workflows
--- Gather business and technical requirements from business users for the ongoing enhancements and implement the same into Archer platform

--- Provide and apply modern SharePoint (SP) framework (SPFx), and Power suite Apps subject matter expertise to upgrade or automate complex enterprise-level business processes.
--- Acts as a subject matter expertise, and performs high level analysis, collection, assessment, migration, design, development, modeling, simulation, integration, installation, documentation, and implementation
--- Experience producing end-user and technical documentation
--- Can help others in the organization with SharePoint knowledge at a level of understanding appropriate to their job function
--- Assist the Player-coach/Anchor to manage technology risks on a project and perform meaningful feasibility studies
--- Work with quality assurance team to define test environments and non-functional test cases
--- Ability to manage mul tiple products within a squad

Compensation - 140-150K
