Stratacent is seeking for Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment cycle, employer branding, and developing a robust candidate pipeline are the cornerstones of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Serve as a strategic recruiter by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network.
  
• Responsible for handling IT requirements for the region.
  
• Responsible for complete talent acquisition cycle: sourcing, scheduling interviews, salary/rates negotiation, and candidates' closure for assigned requisitions.
  
• Strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
  
• Validation of resumes for experience and verification of work status.
  
• Responsible for exercising discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates.
  
• Actively use both internal and external digital platforms to develop & execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships.

  • Prior experience in US IT recruitment is required.
    
  • Familiarity with different Work Authorization/ Visa (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD's etc) and Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
    
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements and experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
    
  • Competitive, self-starters who are goal-oriented and results driven
