• Experience working in the Healthcare Industry
• Experience working within an SDLC (system development life cycle) methodology remove this line completely
• Experience using Agile application lifecycle management software (ex: Rally, JIRA)
• Experience working in a virtual team environment
• Can successfully write Acceptance Test Driven Development criteria (ATDD) using the Gherkin language
• Excellent communication, collaboration, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skillsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.--Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of proven BA experience to include eliciting and documenting business requirements
  • 1+ years of Experience with Agile principles and practices
  • 1+ years of experience with visual models, diagrams, tables, graphs, and/or charts to represent business needsPreferred Qualifications:--
    • Experience working in the Healthcare Industry
    • Experience using Agile application lifecycle management software (ex: Rally, JIRA)
    • Experience working in a virtual team environment
