• As a Senior BI Developer, you will be involved in the BI product development life cycle; creating sophisticated and intuitive business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI dashboards) which provide insights and direction to field representatives, management, and executives.
• Provide design and developmental insights for building and sustaining an enterprise level data analytics platform.
• Assist with process definition and contribute to a library of reusable objects (fields, calculations, KPI, etc.).
• Troubleshoot data discrepancy issues as they occur, identify criticality and impact, provide support and appropriate workarounds.
• Develop technical specifications and document code throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database tables.
• Explore and promote strategies to improve our data modeling, quality, and architecture.
• Actively participate in building an analyst community across multiple functional areas.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics with a proven track record of creating complex dashboards and ability to conduct analytics.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps preferred.
  • Any experience with advanced analytic techniques (e.g., predictive models, regression models, cluster analysis etc.) is a plus.
  • Prior experience with Power BI and deep knowledge of DAX, Power Query, Platform administration, API automation, CI/CD.
  • Data Warehouse Modelling and SQL experience.
  • Experience with Trello and Agile methodology.
