Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr. Technical Project Manager (Digital Transformation) Position type: Full Time, Contract Duration: 6 months, with extensions Location: 100% remoteAs a Sr. Technical Project Manager (Digital Transformation), you will focus in a PMO capacity in the Digital Core Team. The idea candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, particularly in the areas of analytics, data, digital and automation - within consumer retail. The successful candidate will be very technically savvy and have hands-on experience as well as demonstrated comfort with taking over a project at any phase and executing as required. They will be able to plan, execute, and deliver projects with multiple workstreams, according to strict deadlines and within budget, while effectively managing scope. This includes coordinating the efforts of Business and Technical teams (team members, senior stakeholders and third-party consultants) in order to deliver the project according to plan.The ideal candidate will have:A minimum of 10+ years' experience working as a Program/Project ManagerA minimum of 5+ years' experience working as a Senior Project Manager on large projects in the Consumer retail or large conglomerateA minimum of 5+ years' experience working on Data and Analytics projectsExperience with data extraction and curation is strongly preferredExpertise in both Agile and Waterfall Software Development Methodology and associated processes and ceremonies to drive project value requiredMicrosoft Data Platform and Azure expertiseA minimum of 3+ years' experience working on SAP projectsMotivated individual with excellent planning and organizing skillsMulti-year experience working with Global teamsExperience working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment is essential Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
