• Leverage Host and Endpoint & technology subject matter expertise to develop approaches to solve for anti-malware, detection and response and host and endpoint tooling challenges
• Analysis of the problem space, documentation of the approach, and working with architecture to identify a target state architecture
• Author Definition of Done and Acceptance Criterias and execute a technical resolution program by closely partnering with Engineering and other cross functional teams across the organization
• Influence, define, and drive shared cybersecurity shared intent & strategy for Host and Endpoint with partner technology and cybersecurity teams
• Maintain close ties to various stakeholders, developers, and engineers across the company, ensuring the services we create meet their needs as products evolve
• Communicate extensively with Engineering and cross functional Product team across the organizationAbout You---
  • Leverage Host and Endpoint & technology subject matter expertise to develop approaches to solve for anti-malware, detection and response and host and endpoint tooling challenges
  • You are detail oriented and are able to articulate key details clearly both in conversation and in technical writing
  • You are capable of driving complex technical initiatives to full delivery leveraging knowledge of Cyber security practices, software engineering principles, agile frameworks and customer engagement. -
  • You have the ability to foster collaborative, open, working relationships with technology groups and other stakeholders, including vendor relationships -
  • You have demonstrated clear communication skills and ability to interact effectively at multiple levels of an organization, and to influence leadership (Including translating technical information based on specific audiences)
  • You have experience working in and/or managing multiple high-visibility and high-impact enterprise cybersecurity projects with cross-functional teams while maintaining superior results including planning, development and management of technical requirements, design, testing and deployment of security solutions
  • You have passion and expertise in one or more of the following areas: technical delivery, product security, software development practices, platform engineering -
  • Hands-on knowledge and expertise in building and/or securing technology, including operating systems, virtualization, cloud computing environments, and networks -
  • You are a self starter, actively identify gaps in our Host and Endpoint Security Posture and determining ways to solve them, but also balance self identities projects with those currently already at hand
  • You are a team player, willing to step in and assist associates both on and off the teamBasic Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
    • At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity -
    • At least 4 years of experience in Host and Endpoint security -
    • At least 2 years of experience in Agile Product Management -
    • At least 2 years of experience in public cloud security and multi-cloud environments
    • At least 2 years of experience in container security Preferred Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's Degree
      • Experience in regulated financial services organizations
      • Experience with five or more of the following host and endpoint security technologies: (Application Controls, AntiVirus, Device Control, EDR, Encryption, Host Based Firewall, Host Based IDS IPS, Privilege Access Management, Telemetry / System Monitoring)
      • One or more of the following professional certifications (CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CCSP, CISA, CRISC, SAFe Product Management)
      • 4+ years of experience in Agile product management
      • 4+ years of experience in public cloud security and multi-cloud environments
      • 4+ years of experience in IT Delivery projects

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $161,900 - $184,800 for Prin Assoc, Cyber TechnicalSan Francisco, California (Hybrid On-Site): $171,500 - $195,800 for Prin Assoc, Cyber TechnicalCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
