System Administrator - Marketing Applications to help our
hardworking marketing team reach even greater heights. This
position reports directly to the Director of Product Owners and
works closely with all teams within the Marketing and IT
departments. The ideal candidate has experience implementing,
administrating, and maintaining marketing focused applications such
as marketing automation, campaign management, content management,
video streaming, and digital asset solutions. The candidate will
work closely with the digital marketing team, marketing data
analyst, product owners, business analysts, and marketing subject
matter experts to define business requirements and subsequent
technical specifications. They will also have experience
implementing new solutions and enhancements by utilizing system
configuration capabilities, as well as working with development
teams on building more complex customizations and integrations. The
candidate will also work closely with data analysts and architects
to develop robust reporting and analytical capabilities to support
a data driven environment. This role will also be the primary
support individual for the Marketing systems and content management
system, which they will rely on to maintain the digital marketing
systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide
expertise and guidance on how to utilize the technology (i.e., best
practices) in a fast paced environment. The role will focus on
making the jobs of everyone on the Marketing team more efficient
and more grounded in feature rich, intuitive, accessible, accurate,
and reliable solutions. They will also regularly seek out feedback
from digital marketers to improve the tools, and create processes
and training assets to maximize their effectiveness. Amplify's

provided. In this role, you will:
- Manage the marketing technology stack, especially Hubspot, to
ensure email campaigns target the correct contacts, and workflows,
forms, and landing pages function properly, so qualified leads are
integrated into our core CRM solution, Salesforce, for further
nurturing (i.e., our technology facilitates our best-in-class
demand generation team).
- Responsible for understanding all the data points that
integrate with Salesforce, or other related applications that
support marketing processes and reporting.
- Ensure all required application maintenance activities are
completed including user administration and licensing, application
security controls, software patches and updates, monitoring batch
jobs and resolving errors, etc.
- Assist Marketing in measuring the return on investment (ROI) of
online and offline marketing activities and campaigns, and the
impact on business.
- Serve as point person and liaison with other teams including
the Business Analytics teams, which will rely on you to help build
out requirements for intake pipelines, tables, views, and data
models that they build and flow into our data warehouse.
- Assist in the evaluation of new technology, and actively
participate in the implementation and deployment of selected
applications. In addition, provide configuration and technical
expertise to enhance our technology by following our application
development lifecycle.
- Within the core applications, build new dashboards and
visualizations that allow digital marketers and other members of
our marketing team to see important trends in their data. Also,
partner with data analysts and engineers to build reporting
solutions that combine data across platforms for insightful
analytical analysis (e.g., Tableau visualizations, dashboards,
etc.) .
- Ensure best practices are followed when it comes to the
development lifecycle, including design and specification
documentation, quality assurance, and change management. Required
Qualifications of the S ystem Administrator - Marketing
Applications :
- 5+ years of experience managing and supporting a demand
generation technology stack
- 2+ years of experience as a system administrator of
Hubspot
- 2+ years experience working and integrating with Salesforce
Sales Cloud
- Experience working with business intelligence tools, preferably
Tableau or other tier-1 solutions
- Experience supporting website content management systems,
preferably WordPress
- Participated in multiple system deployments and cross
functional projects
- StrongSQL and technical skills
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What we
offer:Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards

role is $105,000 - $115,000. This role is eligible to receive an
annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company
