A company is looking for a Manager of Oracle Application
Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Oracle Applications Support
Consultants
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Oracle Applications support
team
Ensure high-quality support services delivery to meet SLAs and
customer expectations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle Applications support,
with at least 3 years in a lead role
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Applications and related
technologies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
