About your mission! - Make an impact

In the Data Integration cluster, we're focusing on what enables any analytical platform to be great: Data and its quality. The Software Engineering Manager will lead software development initiatives, design software solutions, manage delivery timelines, and oversee the creation of the internal toolset, which will automate internal processes. With tens of data sources, multiple data providers, and near-real-time data streaming, it lies at the heart of our infrastructure.

How You'll Drive Success

• Optimize CI/CD processes to ensure high standards of software delivery.
• Further expand on the automation of Data Ops and Integration teams' tasks.
• With other team leads, I design and lead the development of infrastructural components of our cluster, formulating and adopting best practices with robust instruments.
• Oversee the development and modernization of data feeds.What makes you the perfect fit
  • Strong Software Development and Software Architecture skills

  • Team Leadership and Project Management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Distributed Systems
  • Experience with Python, Golang stacks
  • Solid understanding of modern deployment infrastructure, like Kubernetes and Cloud environments
  • Experience working with continuous delivery pipelines
    • Will be a plus:
      • Experience with the Java stack
      • Experience developing internal tools and working in collaboration with other leaders to cater to the needs of different teams
      • Industry experience either as a developer or a trader
      • Experience with data streaming, working with real-time data
      • Master's degree in the STEM fieldIt'll also be an advantage if you have experience in:
        
        • Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
