Job Description Job Description Description: We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Support Technician / Installer to join our growing team. This role involves the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of telecommunications systems and related add-ons for business clients across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and comfortable working with modern VoIP and unified communications platforms. Responsibilities Install, configure, and support telecommunications equipment and system add-ons Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients Perform system upgrades, moves, adds, and changes Document installations, configurations, and service activities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion Deliver professional, customer-friendly service at all times What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for growth and certification support Dynamic work environment with varied projects Supportive and collaborative team culture Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with their resume and relevant certifications. Requirements: Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications installation and support Familiarity with and/or certification in ShoreTel, Connect, and Mitel systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Willingness to travel. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Manufacturer certifications (ShoreTel, Mitel, or related platforms) Experience with VoIP, UC systems, and network infrastructure Excellent communication and customer service skills
