Job Description:

we are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to bolster our IT
division. This role requires a seasoned engineer to lead the
development and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions
that align with our financial service offerings. This position
plays a key role in translating complex business needs into robust,
scalable technology solutions, ensuring Fidelity remains at the
forefront of the financial services industry. The role involves
close collaboration with both IT and business stakeholders to drive
project completion from conception through to delivery while
maintaining rigorous security and quality standards. Lead complex
software development projects throughout the entire software
development life cycle. Mentor junior engineers and oversee the
development team's technical skills and abilities. Collaborate with
various business units to convert their requirements into robust
software solutions. Ensure software reliability and scalability
through effective design and implementation practices. Drive
continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices. Stay
abreast of emerging technologies and propose adaptations for
internal use. Expertise in multiple programming languages (Java,
C++, Python) Strong understanding of microservices architectures
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Proficient in DevOps and Agile methodologies Excellent
problem-solving and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental

certification in Project Management (PMP) Certified ScrumMaster
