Job Description:
Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and
detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team for a
13-week contract assignment. In this role, you will provide
technical support across desktop and mobile platforms, assist end
users, and ensure smooth IT operations within a collaborative team
environment. Key Responsibilities Provide support for Windows-based
desktops and mobile devices Image and deploy desktop systems
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users Deliver
excellent customer service and technical assistance Collaborate
with team members to resolve technical challenges Maintain
documentation and follow IT support procedures Required
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong customer
service skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and
communication skills (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or related field 1–2 years of relevant
IT support experience Knowledge of operating systems and databases
Familiarity with: Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and Visio UNIX
systems Oracle and SQL databases HL7 standards (including New HL7V)
Understanding of Healthcare Information Systems Experience with
programming languages such as Java, HTML, Visual Basic, C, C++, or
