Join Ecolab---s EcoSure division, an industry leader in food safety, environmental health and brand protection. We provide customized, comprehensive onsite evaluations and training to help restaurant, hospitality and health care customers maintain the highest standards of facility cleanliness, safety, guest experience and brand protection. These programs help our chain customers meet their specific quality standards through on-site evaluations and custom-designed training programs. We proudly run the industry---s only continual, active monitoring of health department inspections for foodservice operators; enabling operators to access key information in a broader and more accurate manner than ever before.Reporting into the Vice President of Sales, the Technical Account Manager will be responsible for directly managing $2-3M in EcoSure corporate account business and supporting Regional Corporate Account Managers by delivering an additional $760K in growth opportunity in each regional area. Territories will range from 1-3 states and will include working with 10-15 corporate accounts along with the EcoSure and other divisional Corporate Account Managers who manage the core relationship at those accounts. This highly driven individual will call on Executive Level decision makers in the food service and lodging industries to maintain and develop strong strategic relationships. The Technical Account Manager will collaborate with the broader EcoSure field and office support teams to increase sales within the territory. Leveraging these partnerships drives the success of this high growth division of Ecolab.Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, grow, retain, and manage new and existing customers within a $2-3M territory base of business
  • Achieve targeted sales budget ($760K annually), profitability and expense control objectives.
  • Identify business needs and opportunities, as well as develop and implement customized quality assurance solutions for our customers
  • Establish effective cross-divisional working relationships to obtain new corporate account contracts
  • Partner with CTC colleagues to present Ecolab services / products that solve customer opportunities.
  • Utilize strong communication / presentation skills to be delivered to all levels within account base --- end user through C-suite
  • Utilize dual strategy of building meaningful relationships with franchisees and the franchisor to ensure all customer influencers have a deep connection with EcoSure
  • Utilize strategic partnerships both internally and externally to drive sales
  • Participate and support customer sponsored events where appropriate to strengthen business relationships
  • Identify and secure new business by making corporate level sales calls, preparing presentations, and representing the company at national tradeshows, conferences or professional meetingsBasic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor---s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • 3 years business-to-business sales experience
    • Proven track record of high individual sales performance, including experience selling service in core market segments and corporate or multi-unit sales experience
    • Solid understanding of data analytics and translating results into recommendations for customers
    • Minimum of 60% travel
    • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (2 years)
    • No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunityPreferred Qualifications:
      • Experience calling on foodservice and lodging segments
      • Conceptual sales skills (desire / ability to sell a concept)
      • Financial and analytical skills, with understanding of a P&L and the financial implications of customers situations and concerns
      • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative teams (across regions, functions and businesses)
      • A desire to provide tangible and intangible solutions to meet customer financial and system needs
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Excellent organization and follow-up skills
      • A desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
      • A company vehicle, computer and cell phone will be provided as part of your total competitive compensation package
      • ServSafe and CP-FS certified
      • Experience with FDA Food Code
