• Contact Mid-level intellectual property attorneyWe are seeking a talented and experienced intellectual property and technology attorney with not less than 5 years of experience with Am Law 50 law firms on a range of intellectual property registration and transactional matters, including filing patent, copyright and trademark applications, drafting and negotiating patent, software and trademark license agreements, development agreements, technology transaction agreements, professional service agreements, and other intellectual property agreements.The attorney will also assist on intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.
