We are currently seeking an M&A Lawyer to work with our client base across multiple industries.
Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Working and advising business clients and providing guidance and practical solutions to solve complex deal transactions
  
• Drafting, negotiating and interpreting a variety of transactional agreements and documents
  
• Coordinating activities of large deal teams and internal and external stakeholders, from due diligence through closing and integration
  
  Minimum Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Experience in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, private equity and fund investment either in an in-house legal team or law firm.
    
  • Experience drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate transactions such as purchase agreements, ancillary documents, disclosure letters, engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, offering memoranda, shareholders agreements, and joint venture agreements
    
  • Active membership and good standing in state bar in which you are currently residing
    
    Compensation, Benefits & Location:
    This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $135,000, and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
