• Manage assigned caseload; at times dealing in High Net Worth matters
• Draft and respond to correspondence
• Prepare pleadings, financial disclosures, mediation, and trial briefs
• Propound and respond to discovery
• Telephone and in-person contact with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
• Prepare witness questions for evidentiary hearings, depositions, and trials
• Track billable time
• Assist the supervising attorneys in all phases of the practiceQualifications;
  • Must be admitted to practice law in New Jersey
  • 2 Years Practicing NJ Family Law
  • Empathetic, and level-headed demeanor to properly handle sensitive family law matters
  • Possess strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
  • JD from ABA-accredited school preferred
