  • Counsel healthcare organizations and financial institutions on transactional and regulatory matters in the healthcare industry. These include matters relating to clinical research, biotechnology, emerging health information technologies, data privacy and security, and Medicare and Medicaid regulation.The Successful Applicant
    • My law firm client is looking for an attorney with 3+ years' of experience in the Health Care industry.
    • Candidates should have corporate and transactional experience in the health care and life sciences industry, knowledge of the health and clinical research regulatory and compliance areas preferred.
    • Must be licensed to practice in NY State (or waive in).
