This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package. The successful candidate will work closely with our partners and other attorneys to handle complex legal cases in the areas of general liability and Insurance Defense. Hybrid work schedule, 2 days remote Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including pre-trial hearings, trials, and appeals
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and motions
• Conduct depositions and other discovery activities
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
• Manage a caseload and meet deadlines
• Stay up-to-date on changes in the law and legal trends in the areas of defense, Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission both NY & NJ Bar and in good standing
  • 3+ years of experience in the areas of general liability and insurance defense
  • Ability to travel to NJ & NY, potentially upstate
