• Dental insuranceJob DetailsJob Details:Our respected law firm is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Trial Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing all phases of litigation, with a primary focus on trial work. Responsibilities:As a Trial Attorney, you will be entrusted with a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:1. Managing all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution, including trial, arbitration, settlement negotiations, and appeals.2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.3. Representing clients in court and arguing motions before judges and juries.4. Conducting extensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.5. Collaborating with legal support staff to gather and organize evidence and other important information for cases.6. Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations, explaining legal issues, and proposing strategies for resolving their cases.7. Maintaining strict confidentiality and exercising sound judgment and discretion at all times.8. Staying abreast of current laws, recent judicial decisions, and other developments that may affect the outcome of cases.Qualifications:To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.3. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Trial Attorney, with a strong background in litigation.4. Proven experience in handling all phases of litigation, including trial, arbitration, settlement negotiations, and appeals.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.7. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.8. High ethical standards and professional integrity.9.
