A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on anti-money laundering and sanctions

Recommend mitigation strategies for identified risks
Lead company-wide responses to regulatory inquiries
Required Qualifications:
Law degree (JD) and licensed to practice in the United States
7+ years of relevant experience in financial services regulatory
agencies
Deep expertise in anti-money laundering related to financial
services
Ability to translate expertise into practical business-oriented
advice
Strong advocacy skills
