might be the perfect place for you. Compensation: $100,000 -
$125,000 yearly bonuses Responsibilities: Assist clients
effectively by understanding their needs, analyzing the situation,
then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action Ensure
clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed
Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents, including
wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and
healthcare directives. Review and finalize probate and bankruptcy
documents for filing. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
on estate planning, probate, and bankruptcy matters. Meeting with
Clients and Prospective Clients throughout the day. Collaborate
with the team to build and maintain strong client relationships
through excellent communication and quality client service.
Qualifications: Candidates should be great communicators,
specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high Active
member of the ABA (American Bar Association) At least 1-2 years of
working in a law firm on on estate planning and probate law issues
is necessary Working knowledge of title insurance, wills, trusts,
property management, and residential and commercial real estate
law, including litigation Bachelor’s degree with a legal background
and J.D. degree are required Owning your files from intake through
resolution with precision and care. Producing polished, persuasive
written work that you’re proud to put your name. Communicating with
clients in a way that builds confidence and trust. Working within
structured systems — and helping us refine them as we grow.
