Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Fulfillment Associate to join our
client’s operations team in Edison, NJ . In this role, you’ll be
responsible for sorting, packing, and preparing high-volume
documents and mailings, supporting investor communications and
corporate reporting. You’ll also help maintain a clean and safe
work environment, operate material handling equipment, and support
process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency. Contract Pay
Rate: $18/hr (plus shift differential on 2nd shift) Shifts: 1st
shift – 7:30 am – 4:00 pm 2nd shift – 3:30 pm – 12:00 am Weekends &
Overtime required Job Summary The Fulfillment Associate plays a
crucial role in the mail and document fulfillment process, ensuring
timely and accurate preparation of materials for distribution. This
position operates material handling equipment, adheres to
production schedules, and maintains compliance with quality and
safety standards. Key Responsibilities Operate a powerjack to move
materials safely throughout the facility Sort, pack, and prepare
documents and correspondence for distribution Follow daily
production schedules, job instructions, and quality standards Track
production output and complete required documentation Stand and
perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours per shift Lift and
transport items weighing up to 50 lbs. Use computer systems for
tracking and reporting production tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and
organized work environment Other duties such as Inkjet machine, and
other production equipment operation as assigned Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in
fulfillment, warehouse, or production environments preferred
Experience in operating electric pallet jack Basic computer skills
for production tracking and reporting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
and stand for long periods Ability to read, write, and follow
instructions in English Strong attention to detail and quality
