Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Description: This position is
responsible for: Assembly, including soldering, of the company’s
medical and wellness devices for use by patients, HCPs, company
representatives, and related customers. Programming of devices with
the company’s proprietary device operating software. Preparation of
packaging materials for devices and related materials. Perform
packaging and labeling operations for movement into Finished Goods.
Completion of required quality control / quality assurance as the
relate to the company’s products. Job Responsibilities: Prepare the
company’s product for assembly and programming operations (e.g.,
power-on / charging test) Program the company’s devices in
accordance with established work instructions, travel tickets, and
related specifications Perform ultrasonic welding of product in
accordance with established work instructions, travel tickets, and
related specifications Prepare packaging materials, including the
assembly of finished product boxes, gathering / provision of
required literature (e.g. Instructions for Use, Warnings / ISI
Cards, Getting Started cards) for inclusion in the finished
package. Performing any required in-process inspection operations
and documenting the results on appropriate production and/or
inspection records Ensuring required production and quality systems
documentation has been completed in accordance with established
procedures. Requirements: Experience in a manufacturing /
production environment or technical field is preferred Aptitude for
math and written / language skills. Self-starter capable of
managing multiple projects at one time Good working computer
skills; knowledge of MS Excel and Word helpful.
