The Cornell SC Johnson College of Business is comprised of the university s three accredited business schools: The Hotel School, the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, and the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management. The College delivers undergraduate, graduate, and professional business programs creating a collaborative, comprehensive business management program that preserves the excellence of all three schools while uniting the faculty and students. Job Summary: The Digital Experience Specialist is an established web professional and CRO expert that will create and implement projects designed to improve customer experience, satisfaction and conversion. This role will manage web projects, plan and integrate digital solutions and conduct conversion testing across multiple digital platforms. Housed within the Marketing Operations group, this individual collaborates with multiple teams including Integrated Marketing, Content Communications, SEO, Marketing Automation, Creative, IT and key leadership groups throughout the SC Johnson College of Business. Responsibilities of this position consist of: * Create, deliver and manage the digital customer experience: creating plans for continually improving customer engagement, satisfaction and conversion metrics * Conduct tests (A/B and multivariate) to ensure all new and existing website features are functional and improving performance * Actively seek website and customer data and insight to drive informed understanding of how our customers use our digital interfaces, and what improvements could be actioned to improve the UX experience * Identify, scope and prioritize website and content enhancements/developments required to improve UX metrics and business performance for all five college websites * Research, analyze and plan for future digital platform launches, integrations and enhancements, such as blending digital and physical campus experiences * Manage web projects such as refining Information Architecture, creating lead generation forms, and implementing new conversion touchpoints * Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on new page designs and website functionality * Work with IT and agency on CMS migration project. Identify new tagging opportunities and ensure that traffic and conversions maintain post-launch * Create testing calendar and work to maximize conversion impact during admission round deadlines * Manage web task queue for all five college websites Required Qualifications: * Bachelor s Degree in Marketing or other related Business Degree * Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in website management and conversion optimization * Proven track-record managing conversion tests or implementing digital integrations that improve performance and engagement * Ability to manage and prioritize cross-functional web projects * Experience working with cross-functional teams including: Content Marketing, Information Technology, Design, Analytics, SEO and Lead Nurture * Established portfolio working with analytics and CRO tools like: Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Test & Target * Excellent working knowledge of CMS and web content management tools (eg HTML, CSS, photoshop) * Experience building websites, ideally with custom WordPress themes * Superior analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to translate into an executable plan * Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and public speaking skills * High level of energy and self-motivation * Work with digital agencies * Have a continuous improvement mindset: always looking for opportunities to improve the experience and performance of all journeys * Experience collaborating or leading UX projects Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Optimizely or Qualtrics * Experience building landing pages or lead generation forms * Knowledge of WordPress plugins such as Gravity Form * Project management tools like Basecamp, WorkFront, or JIRA * Search Engine Optimization * Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
