Lead Associate -Branch Licensing Coordinator

The Lead Associate - Branch Licensing Coordinator is responsible
for providing support with hiring and licensing needs for all
associates. This includes monitoring and moving candidates along in
the pipeline, partnering with the management team (EVP, SBOM, VPs,
BCM/BCS) on a weekly basis, providing status reports including
updates on all applicants, overseeing the licensing systems to
ensure that the information is accurate, escalating any errors or
concerns to the BCM/BCS or BOM, immediately.
This role is also responsible for maintaining the Hiring and
Licensing files in the electronic repository, Paperclip, aid FPs
and their staff members in connection with on-going license
renewals/FINRA CEs, new state licenses, process terminations, NRF
and SPAN employee on-boarding paperwork, process all FINRA Form BRs
in conjunction with compliance team, review and update OBAs, run
background checks, Clear Reports and CRDs on new applicants,
- Associate's Degree
- 3 years of experience in licensing/on-boarding in a financial
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of FINRA & State Licensing requirements
- Solid level of MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills
