Job Description:
A small but established tax practice is currently seeking an
Administrative Assistant to work IMMEDIATELY on-site for a
permanent, direct-hire role.Position is Monday - Friday, 9:00am -
6:00pm, including tax season. No weekend hours needed!Salary is
from $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 and includes full benefits including
insurance, PTO, and 401k contribution.Requirements:* Excellent
communication skills* Must be able to multi-task. Will be
supporting 5 partners within the firm.* Must be proficient in MS
Word and MS Excel* Must have previous tax industry experienceJob
Requirements:* Managing mails, including taking care of Fedex/UPS
pick up arrangement, going to the post office.* Welcoming, taking
care of the visitors and managing reception area.* Answering
phones. Scheduling of conference room.* Typing up the bills and
mail them out.* Typing Financial Statements.* Scanning and
collating of tax returns and work papers* Assist the partners with
special projects as it needed.
