Job Description:
Credit arm of a top tier private equity firm is looking to hire
a Credit Operations Associate. Summary:The Operations Associate
will assist the Director of Operations with the execution of the
day-to-day operational activities related to the firms credit
business.Day to Day - Operations* Trade management and allocation*
Daily position reconciliation between external administrator and
custodian* Manage trade settlements process for loans and CMBS*
Produce internal reporting for various stakeholders* Oversight of
data integrity for internal platform* Review daily internal and
external administrator cash reconciliations* Review credit
agreements* Liaise with legal and investment team on deal
structure* Ad Hoc Projects* Reports to Credit Director of
OperationsTreasury - Operations* Cash reporting* Assist with set up
of bank accounts* Payment of fund expenses* Monitoring of
collateral agreements* FX hedge reportingQualification and
Experience:* 3 - 6 years total experience* Prior operational
experience with bank debt securities* Superior Excel skills (Pivot
tables, Sumifs); knowledge of simple Macros preferred* Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail
