S/he will assist in the monitoring and improving the performance and customer journey across SkinStore.com and SkinCareRX.com within the trading function of the Ecommerce team.Job responsibilities:* Updating website with current activity to drive improvements in AOV and Conversion* Working closely with the other members of the trading team to help plan online activities and campaigns* Working closely with the email marketing head to create the best offers for email marketing* Support any collaborations with Buying, Supply Chain, Brand and Customer Services teams in driving improvements* Working closely with the commercial marketing head/team to ensure all brand agreed activity is set live accordingly and brand pages are kept up-to-date* Working closely with the Campaign Manager to ensure all necessary creative assets for site are ready for use, and to input ideas for future eventsKPI's:* Gross Sales vs Target* Gross Profit vs Target* Conversation vs Target* AOV vs TargetRequirements:* Undergraduate Degree* 0-1 years working experience* Ecommerce or digital internship/experience preferableEssential Skills:* Strong mathematical ability* Willing to learn a strong data-first approach to business* Driven by self-learning* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills* Ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances* Ability to prioritize and structure work* Ability to form good working relationships with colleaguesEssential Behaviors:* Passionate* Eagerness to learn through doing* Self-motivated, pro-active and positive 'can do' attitude* Organized* Resilient to change* Keeps a cool head under pressure and has a desire to succeed* Strong work ethicBenefits:* Competitive pay* Company bonus scheme* Medical, dental, vision and commuter benefits* 401K with company matched* Employee discountsUnfortunately, due to the high volumes of applications our opportunities attract, we are sometimes unable to respond to every application.
