Category Marketing Job Opened February 15th, 2021 Education Bachelor's Degree Job Number 210000EL Job Type Full Time Remote No What This Position Is All About The Studio Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the photography equipment, assisting in the handling of repairs, maintaining well-organized equipment storage, packing equipment for offsite shoots, fulfilling rental requests, and assisting with studio IT issues. They will work closely with the photographers, digital techs, producers, and vendors to facilitate daily workflow. They will be responsible for tracking studio supplies, facilitating the staff testing and equipment borrowing programs, as well as any other additional duties supporting the Studio Operations Manager. Who You Are:

• Operating experience of Mac OS
• Proficiency with IT support tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoints
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to perform under pressure, and demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to set priorities, problem-solve multi-task and meet deadlines
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills You Also Have:
  • 3 years' experience as an administrator and/or working in an eCommerce studio environment
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Ability to work within deadlines, thinking creatively--
  • Results-driven and a sense of urgency
  • Self-starter and self-driven
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of equipment
  • Ability to stand to perform necessary responsibilities As the Studio Coordinator, You Will:
    • Maintain safe and orderly storage of equipment
    • Assist in handling repairs and troubleshooting equipment
    • Support the editorial team with rental requests
    • Support operations needs and projects throughout studio
    • Ensure that 5S standards are maintained
    • Assist in monitoring studio testing and equipment borrowing programs
