Job Description:
Exciting REMOTE opportunity - AZURE Application Architect with
Web Site Development - 6 Month Contract Initially with Extensions -
APPLY NOW FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION-!-Required Experience: *
Senior level technical expertise assessing and modernizing legacy
apps; moving from monolithic to microservices, modernizing from
IaaS to PaaS / Serverless, refactoring for cloud-native
architectures* Must have Web Site Development experience in Azure
that can understand/navigate conversations around UX/UI* Proficient
in at least 2 modern programming languages [Python, .NET, Java,
Node.JS / JavaScript, PHP, Go, Ruby]* 5+ years of hands-on
experiences with software development lifecycle process* Hands-on
experience designing, deploying, managing, and securing Azure App
Service Environment, load balancers, application gateways, web
application firewalls, application monitoring and diagnostics,
geo-distributed scaling and high availability* Hands-on experience
designing, deploying, securing Serverless technologies: Containers,
Functions, Web Apps, Logic Apps, API Apps, NoSQL / Cosmos DB, SQL /
MySQL PaaS, Event Hubs, Caching / Queuing, etc* Experience
designing, configuring, and integrating web authentication, tokens,
SAML / OAUTH identity providers, Graph API, leveraging Azure Active
Directory as primary identity solution* Experience designing and
deploying data protection and encryption mechanisms and integrating
with key management [I.e. Azure Key Vault]* Strong understanding of
Azure Well Architected Framework; Experience deploying and
conforming to AZURE / cloud architecture best practices:
governance, resiliency, security* Experience working on
enterprise-level development projects, with knowledge and
experience of agile / scrum project management methodologies, and
proficient in SDLC best practices* Hands-on experience with Azure
DevOps tooling: Azure Repos / GitHub, Azure Pipelines, various
development and scripting tools* Hands-on experience configuring
AZURE environment, deploying both IaaS and PaaS
servicesCertifications - One or more desired * Microsoft Certified
DevOps Engineer AZ-400* Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer
AZ-203/204* Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
AZ-30X* Legacy Cloud Platform MCSA / MCSE [70-532, 70-533, 70-534,
