Job Description:

A NJ Based consumer goods company is looking for a AR Manager who will be responsible for the leadership, performance, and results of the Accounts Receivable Department.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates staff activities for challenging customers' chargebacks; thereby, reducing chargebacks and write-offs.
• Ensures that the department provides the highest level of customer service.
• Reports credit risks to management and to the outside third party insurer.
• Prepares and reviewing monthly reporting (examples of reporting would include monthly chargeback reporting, aged AR reporting, credit and "at risk" claims reporting, borrowing base reporting).
• Coordinates the month-end close process of Accounts Receivable to ensure monthly consolidated financial reporting to management is achieved in a timely manner
• Accountability for profits, sales, receivables, collections
• Provides leadership and management oversight to the accounts receivable staff.
• Provides information requested during bank and year end audits.

  Qualifications
  
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • A minimum of 5-7 years AR management experience in high volume credit/collections = 8mill + per month
  • Prior supervisory experience in managing an AR team required.
  • AR Experience in retail or wholesale experience required.
  • Must have chargeback resolution experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics - Navision
