DescriptionTechnical Client Support Associate RoleThe Client Services Associate be primarily responsible for supporting the firm's B2B multi-tier platform. Additionally, she/he will be responsible for integrating new clients onto our platform and for conducting disaster recovery tests in conjunction with our Infrastructure team.Technical Client Support Associate RequirementsBachelor's Degree (Technical) is requiredKnowledge of SQLUnix/Linux environment experience and Shell scripting is helpfulApplication coding experienceWorking knowledge of XMLSound MS Office skillsStrong analytical skills to solve problemsStrong willingness to learn the underlying businessFinancial services experience is helpful, but not requiredAbility to work in a small company - large client settingStrong written and verbal communication skills, good judgment, high ethical standards, and a strong work ethic
