Connection has a fantastic opportunity with one of our
outstanding clients based in Hazlet, NJ. They are looking for a
solid Helpdesk Technician. This is a Perm Role with
our end client.
SHIFT: M-F; 8:00am-5:00pm
Who you are:
- At least 2 years of experience in enterprise-type IT support
- Experienced with remote and desk-side support.
- Looking for a long-term employment solution -- work and grow in
- Some occasional travel to NYC to other office.
- Provide a combination of phone and deskside support to
- Communicate technical issues/solutions to non-technical
- Provide basic administration to the Active Directory
- Provide software/application support to systems in the office
- Certifications and/or degrees a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience doing helpdesk or deskside supporting a
- Solid understanding of Active Directory -- adding/removing
users and permissions at minimum.
- Some interest/experience providing network support.
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative
- Occasional visits to NY office.
