For more than 100 years, Catholic Health Home Care has been
delivering care to people in their homes. Founded by the
Congregation of the Infant Jesus, the sisters have provided care to
the sick and dying without regard to a person's religion, race,
gender or economic status. Despite the developments that have
occurred over the years, the original commitment remains the
same--from the moment the staff enter a home until the last contact
with that patient, personnel will endeavor to offer the most
comprehensive and compassionate health care available.
This LPN position is for every Weekend. 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

The Catholic Health Home Care LPN provides supportive and
restorative patient care, including health counseling and health
teaching to homebound patients under the direction of a registered
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a program in Licensed
Practical Nursing form an approved program
Experience/skills: Minimum of one year of recent experience as a
Licensed Practical Nurse Acute care experience in medicine and
surgery in a hospital setting strongly preferred,
Licensure: Licensed and current registration to practice as a
LPN in New York State
