Broadridge's Product Sales & Solutions team, which is part of Global Sales, Marketing and Solutions, works with segment sales, account management and business units to support the sale of Broadridge products and services. We are looking for a collaborative, hardworking sales executive with a proven record of originating and winning sales of software for wealth management firms, RIAs, and/or insurance companies, specifically related to data aggregation. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to identify new sales opportunities, drive business development, lead sales strategy, and articulate the value of the products in a consultative manner.

The Senior Director, Sales must be able to demonstrate their product/subject matter expertise in internal and external meetings and presentations for Broadridge's Data Aggregation solution. This person must be able to position the products appropriately to drive sales and expand the current use of the solution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Playing a key role in relationship building with potential and current Data Aggregation clients.
  • Orchestrating sales campaigns in collaboration with the business unit, Marketing and other relevant teams
  • Showcasing the features of Data Aggregation solution within Broadridge's broader set of Wealth offerings
  • Assembling materials in advance of client meeting and presenting during meetings
  • Training of Broadridge sales and account management teams
  • Contribute to the RFI/P process by highlighting features, functionality & strategic benefits of Data Aggregation solution
  • Perform market sizing and competitive landscape exercises to assess the revenue potential of products
  • Contribute ideas for strategic planning
  • Attend trade shows, conferences and other industry related events as required

Skills & Experience Include:

  • Strong understanding of dataflows within wealth management, RIA and insurance companies
  • Engaging with C-level buyers and internal partners from opportunity opening to contract close
  • Identifying prospective clients through market research and referrals from existing clients/contacts
  • Monitoring the industries we serve, identifying trends and translating them into opportunities for our solutions
  • Forecast sales activity
  • Creation of presentations, proposals, and RFP responses

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with strong record of academic achievement
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience selling technology and services solutions to C-level at wealth firms, RIAs and/or insurance
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Strong technical foundation; ability to use CRM, Office, social tools, etc.
  • Strong oral and written communication, time management and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel to clients and prospects
