Our Teamis growing rapidly and is looking to add experienced
SalesforceTechnical Leads with Industry experience to join our team
as Associate Managers. This role will have day-to-day management
ofour Salesforcetechnical team, onshore and offshore. You'lloversee
programmatic elements,Integration, Data Migration and we'll need
you to have a strongunderstanding of the Salesforceplatform, and
basic to intermediateunderstanding of integrations, single sign,
security, etc. (Mulesoft, Informatica, other ETL tools a huge
plus). You'll coordinate offshore usage with a Solution Architect
and Project Manager. You'll lead development of customized
components, so we're looking for candidates who can get their hands
dirty and jump in and write code if necessary (Apex,
Visualforce,Lightning Components, front end web technologies).
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and
domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential
sales/delivery activity only.

Typical Day Snapshot- Salesforce Functional Architect
While we'd love to say that there's a "typical" day in the life
of a consultant, we all know that every day will be different! Some
of theday to daychallenges of this role will include:
Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with

(budget, timeline, expertise, etc.) to define optimal and
reasonable project scope and expectations
Create and defend solution estimate and SOW
Incorporate past experiences, business savvy, creative and
out-of-the-box thinking in designing solutions; offer multiple,

data consultants, and others, as needed, for specific technical

Minimum of2 years of progressive experience in solutioning,
discovery and business analysis, project management, and technology
implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements.
Minimum of3year of experience with Salesforce.com is
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work
experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years'
Salesforce Industries certifications and experience in
Communications, Financial Services, Health, Utilities, Public
Sector or Consumer Goods
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
