In this role, you will handle managing a book of accounts in our starter segment. Helping them to onboard, addressing their needs, supporting the partnership, and finding opportunities for growth.


  • Deliver revenue: meet and exceed revenue and customer acquisition targets by leveraging existing relationships to find expansion opportunities and connected business
  • Create meaningful relationships with customers: work with key stakeholders to create value-driven conversations and ensure client renewals
  • Contribute to the broader team: join a thriving team of Growth Managers, create strategy, and improve Falcon's customer interaction playbooks even stronger


  • 2-5 years of experience managing a portfolio of 80+ accounts
  • Experience and success in relationship-based sales
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, both internally when communicating customer needs to management, and externally when onboarding and supporting clients
  • Ability to remain cool under pressure, without fear of making cold calls to re-engage clients
  • Motivation and responsibility: ability to produce and achieve KPIs around both sales and retention targets
  • Experience working in advertising or social media is a plus!
