Job Purpose

ICE Data Services is a global leader in market data, analytics and connectivity solutions. We power the new data generation to drive insights, inform decisions and to optimize results. ICE Data Services provides financial market data, analytics and solutions to financial institutions, traders and investors through the Desktop Solutions team. The Enterprise Sales (ES) Account Manager is responsible for proactively managing ongoing relationship for a territory of up to 5 accounts ranging in revenue from 5M to 60M in annual revenue. The primary role of the ES Account Manager is to build trust based and value added relationships with key clients within the accounts they manage. ES Account Managers are key strategic point people that can speak on a strategic level with their assigned customers and represent all aspects of ICE Data Services. AM is measured on revenue retention and growth with the goal of strengthening and enhancing long term client relationships.

Responsibliities

  • The AM will be responsible for all ICE Data Services revenue across all lines of business. They will become proficient across all products and services.
  • Their main responsibility will be to manage and grow existing revenue base and mitigate risk and erosion to assigned base of accounts.
  • The AM will work closely with the Global Relationship Manager (GRM) and the Regional Sales Executives (RSE) to further the strategic vision of the account, bringing in the RSE/GRM to new opportunities that the AM may uncover.
  • The AM will collaborate on large complex renegotiations and take lead on smaller tactical renegotiations.
  • The AM will take on a leadership role in the coordination of internal resources to ensure the successful execution of client initiatives and problem resolution.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 7+ years of account relationship experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working within the financial services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
