About the Team

On the Merchant Strategy & Ops team, our mission is to have best-in class restaurant selection, build cutting edge services for our merchants to grow their business, and help our partners operate seamlessly. Our International team is located across the US, Canada and Australia and works closely with our counterparts globally as we share best practices and important insights with one another to launch new international markets.

About the Role

As a Manager Merchant Onboarding, International Merchant S&O, you will be part of leading our international launches. You will lead on establishing our Merchant Onboarding processes across Managed & Unmanaged accounts. This will involve creating market level strategies, unpacking local product features and designing the operations to set up merchants in our international markets for success. You will sit at the intersection of Strategy & Operations, Operations, Sales, Systems and Support, and we ask that you have prioritization and structure to ensure our team is supporting new markets to the best start.

  • Design projects following the aggregate merchant strategy of being the Marketplace provider of choice
  • Build projects across process, product and people to move the numbers
  • Manage diverse projects with our sales, operations, product, and engineering teams to establish the best merchant experience and achieve targets
  • You look for ways to design and improve processes and want to shape the direction of the company
  • Make stuff happen around you through influence. You handle chaos and complexity, in a detailed and structured way

  • You have 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations or consulting; high-growth startup experience is highly desirable
  • You have experience in creating solutions from fundamentals provided
  • You have experience leading projects, hitting goals, and succeeding
  • You have analytical and can bring relevant recommendations out of complex datasets; SQL is highly valued
  • You have strong communications & interpersonal skills
