Your Responsibilities 

We are looking for a conscientious, energetic, operations leader to manage our Upper East Side (UES) and Tribeca Medical Centers, in the role of a Senior Practice Manager.  This is a highly cross-functional role that will oversee all operations in the NY medical practices and work closely with the heads of many other departments.  Strong project management and exceptional organizational skills are critical, along with some experience running medical clinics, physician practices, or hospital divisions. The Senior Practice Manager would have direct oversight of all clinic staff across our NY Medical Centers. Reporting to the Regional Manager of Operations. 

Specifically, your duties will include:

  • General Practice Management- Oversight of all operations in NY medical centers to include front end and back end operations while enhancing existing processes and workflows to create a patient centric practice.
  • Facility management - Management and oversight of UES and Tribeca medical centers to ensure facilities are always spotlessly clean and comfortable for our high-end patients.  Ensure clinics are properly sanitized, adhering to utmost standards and OSHA protocols.  
  • Hiring & team building - Work closely with the Regional Director of Operations, Medical Director, and HR to hire a medical team of doctors, PA, Nurses and X-ray Technicians/MA to serve our patient base.  Build rapport and engagement of clinical staff, regularly gathering feedback from providers regarding site operations. Hold departmental meetings and on-site training sessions as needed.  Supervise, coach, develop and formally evaluate performance of all staff, with focus on proper and positive communication.   Serve as liaison between operations and physician leadership, with solution-oriented and hands-on mindset.
  • Performance Improvement - Responsible for ensuring continuous quality improvement across all NY medical centers so that the member experience is standardized and efficient.  
  • Legal and Compliance - Work in conjunction with HQ and our legal team, putting all legal requirements in place to ensure we are fully compliant with NY state law and OSHA.


To be successful in this role, candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Masters in Health Administration (MHA)  or Masters in Business Administration (MBA), strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once and manage urgent requests.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a conscientious personality type.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally among departments and teams.
  • Strong technical and systems skills - ability to manage systems, EMR, compliance databases, and simple financial models.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional EQ - ability to listen to staff and act as their advocate when needed.
  • Ability to think and work independently, effectively, and efficiently as if running your own business.
  • Ambitious, strong work ethic, and open to new ideas.
  • CPR certified a plus.


We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally we would expect that you: 

  • 2+ years experience running a multi-site physician practice, concierge physician group, medical department, or hospital service line. 
  • Have previously operated a services business, ideally within the healthcare sector
  • Have a passion for engineering a business, with a library of operational tools and resources from your previous experience

Schedule: Full-Time, immediate start.  This job will depend on the schedule necessary at the facility and must work on-site at UES and Tribeca.
