Job Description:

The Events Coordinator will be responsible for Venue & Vendor Sourcing & Data Management , Virtual Technology Sourcing, Event Planning Operations and Financial & Budget Support. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly develop trusting, productive relationships with the executive team, vendors, staff, and all partners. On a daily basis, they will monitor and manage multiple priorities, and meet timelines on large projects from inception through completion.

Experience with executing large-scale events and conferences is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent relevant experience

1-3 years direct experience working in a professional office environment.

Excellent computer skills and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

(Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential

Ability to multi-task, execute under tight deadlines, work in a fast-paced, high stress environment

Strong organization skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent analytical, verbal, and written communications skills

Initiative and creativity, with a get things done attitude. Work Athlete mindset
