REMOTE Identity and Access Management Analyst/Developer

Job Description:

One of our largest Media clients are hiring an Identity and Access Management analyst/developer to be focused on managing their growing global environment supporting over 360 brands, and over 25K user accounts. This key role will define identity and account provisioning standards as well as all lead operational support for all related on-premises and cloud-based technologies. To be considered for the role, candidates must demonstrate strong technical and communication skills, ability to design and implement scalable global infrastructure platforms, and have previously supported a fast-moving enterprise environment with a can-do attitude. In addition to the required deep subject matter expertise, the candidates must be passionate about customer satisfaction and skilled at developing partnerships through collaboration. This position also entails lots of growth and extensive trainings around the 3 new cutting edge technologies for you to become the SME in. This position is remote, offers competitive pay, bonus and benefits.

Key responsibilities:

Work in the Identity & Access Management Program team

Works off of a prioritized roadmap of functionalities to deploy in any area of the IAM solution

Works with an agreed upon solution design

Tests the newly deployed functionality in Dev/Test/Pre-Prod environment

Works with Jira epics and sprints alongside a team to complete roadmap on time and with full visibility and accountability

Interacts within the organization as an ambassador of the IAM Program

Domestic travel up to 10% of the time



3+ years experience in implementing Identity and Access Management solutions

Strong experience and understanding of IA Governance

Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with various business units and proficient with discussing IAM concepts in laymen terms

Scripting capabilities with Powershell or Javascript

Must be proficient with ILM components

Knowledge and understanding of various SSO and MFA concepts

Strong working experience in administration and support of IAM products (Sailpoint, Okta / Ping, etc.)

Experience with a Universal Directory solution (RadiantOne, Okta Directory, etc.)

Must be familiar with SQL and general database operations, ability to write SQL querries

Understanding of PAM and Cybersecurity concepts

Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
