Job Description:

The Events Assistant will be responsible for Team Administrative Support, including scheduling and calendar management, administrative tasks, organization and management of virtual platform logins, usernames, passwords and Teamwide Travel. They will assist with Digital Initiatives such as VIP Concierge and Community Management, Vendor Research and Logistics and Operations. Researching and thinking of creative ways to bring the team together, coordinating gatherings and outings and ordering food and beverages for team gatherings and office meetings is also the responsibility of the events assistant.


Experience with executing large-scale events and conferences is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent relevant experience



1-3 years direct experience working in a professional office environment.



Excellent computer skills and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

(Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential



Ability to multi-task, execute under tight deadlines, work in a fast-paced, high stress environment



Strong organization skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent analytical, verbal, and written communications skills



Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills which exemplify the ability to identify issues or challenges and find a reasonable solution



Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly develop trusting, productive relationships with the executive team, vendors, staff, and all partners
