The world's leading global beverage company is home of the largest and most well-known brands, brewers, wholesalers, and ecommerce business. Their Direct to Consumer (DTC) business consists of an ecosystem of ventures across ecommerce platforms, eRetail, Retail and on-trade teams, across 21 countries, making it the fastest growing sector of the organization.

Looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to join the DTC line of business and oversee HR processes globally. This individual will be accountable for driving the People agenda and implementation of people cycle on a global scale which supports 2,000+ DTC employees. Responsibilities include, managing and communicating the appropriate HR programs based on quarterly and yearly targets, rolling out engagement surveys and leadership competency models, kicking off Organization and People Review (OPR) meetings to measure all DTC employees based off performance, and working with 50 People partners to ensure deliverables are aligned across all teams. Must have experience with 360 HR business partnering to work comfortably and directly with organization's leadership in developing plans and provide clear guidance with line management. This individual will also be analyzing performance trends and metrics to identify gaps and resolve complex employee relations issues. They must have the ability to work strategically across talent attraction, performance management, organization development, L&D and employee engagement, while staying up to date with HR legislative changes and streamline practices related to on & offboarding, payroll, benefits and work visa's. Someone who can work independently within a dynamic and fast-paced environment is essential for overall company success.

CPG, FMCG or Retail Industry experience

Experience on global level

Experience with Shop system to analyze data
5-12 years' experience as a HR Business Partner or People Manager

Experience as a 360 Business Partner with ability to implement HR processes across multiple teams

Knowledge of engagement survey's, OPR's, and yearly review sessions

Ability to analyze performance metrics and create action plan based on employee data

Familiarity with HR compensation, benefits, and legislative changes that impact practices

Ability to work independently and OK with continuous change
