Job Description:
One of our top clients in the Creative Industry are looking for
a Digital Entertainment Project Manager to oversee their top
premier client in the streaming industry. He/She must have
experience managing the digital/social/creative content in the
Television Entertainment industry (think popular TV series). This
person will be responsible for the successful development,
implementation, and delivery of promotional marketing campaigns
while under tight deadlines. With sharp attention to detail, the
successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a
team servicing the same premier accounts.
Responsibilities
Ensure projects are on budget, in scope, and on time
Update all relevant teams with budget, scope, and timeline
changes
Directly support the Account Team on all project related timelines
and tasks
Collaborate with the overall Client Services Team and
cross-functional teams to ensure all projects are developed for the
best end-user experience
Communicate client needs and expectations clearly across
development teams and client partner agencies
Administer task trafficking through the project lifecycle via
project management software
Assist with contracting and invoicing
Participate in status update calls with client, Account Team, and
other resources
Participate in status update calls with agency partner teams
Maintain a project tracking spreadsheet to facilitate monthly
forecast reporting
5+ years of Digital Project Management/Producer Experience
Must have experience supporting Digital Social Content campaigns
within the Television/Digital Entertainment industry (Not brand
marketing)
Experience working at a creative marketing agency or in house at a
relative industry
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Resource and Design Team management capabilities
Ability to communicate with UI/UX developers
Can manage budgets and execute SOWS
Strong communication and ability to provide exceptional client
facing service
Experience with online content/new media
Experience supporting personal selling teams a plus
