Possible future international assignments
What You Will Do:
Business Development - 50%
Develop strategic growth plans for new and existing
Deliver creative programs and product-based solutions for
customer cleaning and sanitizing problems using a results-driven
Prepare and present total plant solutions for products,
processes, and program changes using a compelling value-based
Develop and manage a multi-faceted execution plan jointly with
key stakeholders and decision makers leveraging all available
Build strong professional networks and appropriately leverage
contacts to establish and/or maintain business.
Maintain active membership with trade and industrial
Business Management - 50%
Evaluate existing customer plant operations, business
objectives, and regulatory guidelines to identify operational
efficiencies related to time, cost, safety, and quality.
Provide expertise in cleanroom applications, contamination
control solutions, and risk mitigation.
Provide technical expertise and understanding on the
qualifications surrounding GMP related cleaning, cleaning process
and company certification and validation services.
Ensure operational compliance with FDA, ISO, and any other
applicable domestic and international regulations.
Work with internal partners to generate and (or) maintain new
site process documentation e.g. Cleaning SOP’s, and any site
specific documentation requirements.
Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to establish
personal goals and objectives for sales and service
Working with cross functional teams to develop tracking systems,
presentations, and reports. Report on project status and team
performance capability to cross functional team members and site
Effectively communicate team activities, progress, priorities,
to internal partners.
BS/BA degree in engineering, chemistry, biology or related
2+ years of experience working in the Life Sciences industry
Proven sales track record
Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (2

2 years’ experience selling into Life Sciences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence
credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization,
including C-level executives.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on
